My son sent flowers for my birthday last year.

I'm not a lover of glads but these, in my bldg flowerbeds are gorgeous. I don't know why the pic isn't full-sized.

It snowed again overnight, so I just have my geraniums blooming in my kitchen.

Last Sept., 2 1/2 year old granddaughter Chase holding welcome home flowers for her mother. They had gone away for a weekend for a wedding and we babysat.

I, too, can't wait for spring!!!

Cymbidium orchids bloom in my back yard all winter:

This one blooms in February, as does the salvia and bromeliad in this photo. I have other Cymbidiums that bloom in December and January. I keep then outdoors all year, as they are too large. I have to put out snail bait to protect them from slugs.
