Back away and take a photo that shows us all of the couch and a bigger chunk of the room. I'm guessing you need to center it on the wall before you get started decorating. Personally, I'd prefer a large piece of art, placing the clock in the kitchen and the scrabble tiles in a more private area. Family photos are best when framed with a foot stand and placed on table tops. They are generally too small to be appreciated on a wall unless you have a great big family portrait done.

You have too many small pieces of decor. Go big or go home. I struggle with this same thing and finally learned that my multiple small things, even though grouped, looked cheap and temporary. Now I try to hang only large pieces, at least 2’ x 3’. My green plants are the same - very large.

As an example, here’s my artwork above the little table in my dine-in kitchen area. The apple painting is about 4’ x 2.5’.

FYI: most people on this site dislike clocks and family photos in living areas.
