Could a fiberglass repair kit work? I know little about the properties of fiberglass, but do know that the adhesive/bonding agent used seems to stick to a lot of things. Another possibility might be Bondo... Whatever you get to stick, if you patch both inside and outside the tank, it might hold better. You would then have to let any solvents outgas from the inside of the tank before you put your plants beck in it. A fairly thick layer of silicone calking over the whole thing might help both keep the water inside and shield the patching material from the water. Or would a patch made up of a thick layer of silicone calking inside and outside hold well enough to be a patch by itself? As you can gather, I've not repaired a Rubbermaid tank, but have a few thoughts as to how to do it, which might or might not work.

I have one. I have had it installed for a little less than a year, but I have really worked it. It cleans up very nicely, so far pot marks just wipe off, but if I get any kind of set in stain, I use a little bit of Comet, and it is good as new. I usually just use a dish brush and use my pullout faucet in spray form to clean it. Keep in mind that it is a quartz composite sink, so it does not feel like fireclay, if that is important to you. For some it may be too plasticky feeling, but it just feels silky to me. I have a garbage disposer installed on this sink, and we made certain that the disposer is also supported from the bottom, so to not put too much stress on the sink, Even though the company claims that it is GD safe, we were concerned that our heavy 1HP GD would pull on it, and over time, leave little stress cracks. DH has seen many Corian type sinks with stress cracks, so he thought that was a valid concern. Anyway, I really love my sink. It is huge to me. Mine is the 30" single, which is 30" x 20" X 10" deep. As far as the kitchen shimming, sometimes houses are just built and stuff is "off". My house is 19 years old. We got granite some years ago and our walls just aren't straight. We decided it was better to go with a 4 inch piece of granite for the backsplash even though we wanted to use ceramic tile down to the counter. The walls were bowed so we were afraid there would be gaps in places. We got our floor tiled. The one corner of the kitchen had to have a good inch of leveler, or more, it was really off. I think it was in an area over the main beam. Could be your kitchen needing to be shimmed was normal. But of course, I'm just a homeowner, and haven't seen what needed to be done. Maybe a home inspector won't be that much since they won't be inspecting everything like in a home sale. Just call them. Any realtor should be able to refer you to one, or ask a neighbor who has recently moved or is moving who they used.

@Fori. Sorry, prob not coming across well for you. This was the below events. 1 - The countertop installers installed the countertops. 2 - We noticed that they were not straight, slightly off. 3 - The kitchen re modeler company adjusted them to make them straight. 4 - The left side developed the same issue about 2 weeks later. 5 - The countertop company came onsite and stated cracked because of the kitchen company moving it incorrectly but they still fixed it. 6 - Fast forward about 7 months or so the other side is now damaged. The countertop company will not resolve the issue since they stated it was because of the kitchen company. The kitchen company is stating that if it was straight in the first place they would not had to move it. At this point, we just want it fixed, I do not know this type of work, if you want me to rebuild a engine on a car, lets do it but I do not have any knowledge here LOL. I am just looking for guidance on how to proceed, if that is, we have to fix it, we should press the kitchen or countertop company, get a new company in to resolve etc. I do not know if it need additional reinforcements, i differed to the contractors at the time to make the call.
