How to repair cracked Rubbermaid stocktank?

Hi,

I've asked this on the pond forum, but I thought someone here might also be able to help. I use 3 100 gallon Rubbermaid stocktanks for above-ground watergardens. They've been fine outside with water in them over the winter for 5 years, but this year, all 3 cracked when we had really cold temps.

The crack is right below the drain plug, where the side meets the bottom of the tank. The crack is about 12" long. All 3 tanks cracked in exactly the same spot.

Rubbermaid says they can't suggest a sealant, since nothing seems to stick to the plastic.

Have any of you had any success in repairing a leak in your poly Rubbermaid tank? Thanks!
