Kitchen refacing in a Tuscan house. White Shaker doors?

I want to do a kitchen remodel on a tight budget. The house is an upscale Tuscan/Spanish house (travertine 12x12 floors, stained woods, arches, etc..). All appliances are brand new Kitchenaid black Stainless Steel.

However, I do not want to do a long and expensive remodel, but would rather spend ~5k and refresh our kitchen for another 10 years.

The cabinets are old, but sturdy and functional, with a good layout.

Countertops & backsplash are dark/black quartz. I am not planning on upgrading them, but could get talked into it.

I got a quote to reface the kitchen (new cabinet doors, hinges & face frames painted) for $3.5k.

The quote was for white shaker doors.

Would white shaker doors fit the style? Or any kind of light color painted cabinet doors?

I know Tuscan kitchens often have stained cabinetry.

Thank you, and Merry Christmas!
