I love the matching wall and cabinet look. It just depends what you are going for.

As long as you get a good match. Usually the cabinets are painted in a different material, matched to the color of your choice.

I would have a sample of the cabinet done, then get a sample of the paint and see how close they are to each other.

Chantilly Lace and Mountain Peak are both very white, as are some others, but the whitest whites are not always the best answer. They can appear stark, while you can still achieve a crisp clean white appearance with something just a bit warmer.

A lot depends on your lighting, direction of your windows and the other colors that you have in the spaces.

White simply isn't something you can pick in isolation - it has to work in your space. In fact all color has to work in conjunction with your space, much like makeup has to work with your skin tone or a shirt has to work with the rest of your outfit. Actually it is more like getting that perfect outfit that works with your coloring and picking the makeup and jewelry to bring it all together.

I would wait to choose wall color until you get an actual sample door in the conversion varnish used for your cabinets. My kitchen cabinets are not exactly the same simply white as a Benjamin Moore paint is, yet it is simply white in conversion varnish (I don't have the same color cabinets and walls, I compared out of curiosity). hey cannot be exactly identical...if that is what you are wishing for.
