Would need more information even to guess at it. Real estate photos traditionally distort the rooms sizes and cabinet lengths. Looking at this, the only sizes I know for sure is 30" range, 30" ref, 24" dw.

I'm interested in the extra angled walls at the sink, what are the rooms on the sides, whether the doorways could be moved, what's beside the closet in the table space and over the kitchen sink.

Also - are you up for moving a wall? If you're going to live in this house, what appliances would you want.

If this house is for you, live in it first. There are things you will find out about how the rooms work together, how the light falls, where people congregate or what other thing just drives your family nuts that you want to throw in. At a minimum, you'll know why not to store the dishes in the top cabinet on the angled wall.

It looks pretty open to me - both ends. Are you thinking to make it galley-style?

Modernizing some things would help - declutter, de-wallpaper, change lighting, flooring, backsplash, etc.

Live with it a while first.

IMO we need a to scale floor plan not those realtor pics that distort everything. The plan is best done on graph paper and will show all windows doorways where the doorways lead all measurements clearly marked and if plumbing and gas cannot be easily moved show those .I do agree always live in a space for at least 3 -6 months before doing any thing major. My first thing would be get rid of the angled walls if possible.
