We've had one for about a month and a half. Not quite ready to give a full review. Interms of your questions many of which can be found in the owners manual available a Frigidaire's web site. 1. For conventional bake cycle 170 to 550F, convection bake is 300-500 F. 2. Both ovens can be used at the same time. The main experience I've had with this is using the upper oven to broil and baking french fries at 450F. Had no problems. 3. The back right burner is the simmer burner. I braised some country ribs on that in a enamel cast iron dutch oven and it took a little higher than the lowest setting. It actually take a very long time to boil 2/3 to 1 and 1/3 cups of water for oatmeal in the morning. Says something about the power output. If you are replacing an existing gas range make sure you check the installation instructions. There are limited places to put the gas line and the electrical outlet. Thanks for the suggestion jakvis, I will do some searching for break relay information. Being so old there is very little information out there. I've found the Fridigaire service manual from 1960 for ranges with built in ovens. And while slightly different the wiring diagram has so far matched closely, minus the range top. Just different pinout names on the thermostat. There is nothing about a double line break in the wiring diagram, but it may have had a different name back then. Or maybe 1960 was prior to double line breaks. It looks like power goes through the "cook master" which is the clock and timer control, then into the thermostat, out to "rotisserie connector" (which I am not sure if my model has that option as i dont see any connector for a rotisserie), and then into the two bake and broil elements. I'll pull it out of the wall tonight to see if there is a rear access panel for the wiring

We have had the electric Samsung flex oven for 6 years and I don’t recommend it. I am actually calling them today about an ongoing door issue. Within weeks of getting this they replaced it for us because the front edge of the stovetop got so hot you could almost burn yourself. The replacement is the same but I’ve just learned to live with it. Standing at the stove top while the oven is on is much hotter than it should be. The door doesn’t seal properly which Is most noticeable when it’s positioned as one large oven. The light blinks on and off constantly as the door isn’t tight. Perhaps it’s fixed with newer models? Our house is antique and had multiple additions done to the kitchen so we don’t have one long wall for 2 ovens which is what my preference would have been. 90% of the time we use the small upper only and we don’t notice the door issue and it heats quickly, which I like. But for temperature sensitive cakes, keeping the pizza stone hot enough, etc we find the full space works best. There have only been a few times were the limitations on temperatures using both ovens was an issue. I would describe our lifestyle like yours - 2 of us and I cook everything from scratch daily.

Mrs. Moon -- I happened upon your thread at a time when I am having a NIGHTMARE experience with Frigidaire. Based on this experience, which has been quite protracted and has not been resolved, I cannot recommend ANYTHING from Frigidaire/Electrolux at present. To answer your original question, though, I own the Professional Series All-Refrigerator and All-Freezer in one of my homes (FPRU19F8WF). I love them and have had no issues. So much so, that I ordered another set for a different home. When the refrigerator was unpackaged, there were dents on both the front and back of the unit. The packaging was undamaged, so the dents were NOT the fault of the trucking delivery company. I was concerned that such an obviously damaged unit was deemed by the quality control people at Frigidaire to be suitable for packaging and delivery to a customer. THEN after plugging it in, we discovered the unit was not cooling our food! An authorized Frigidaire service person came to the house and said our cooling system was shot. Great. Who knows what abuses this refrigerator was subjected to at the factory?! At this point, we requested from Frigidaire a replacement refrigerator. However, we were told we did not qualify for a replacement. !?!?! WARNING TO WOULD-BE BUYERS: FRIGIDAIRE BELIEVES IT CAN SELL A VISIBLY DAMAGED AND INOPERABLE APPLIANCE AS BRAND NEW AND HAS NO OBLIGATION TO REPLACE IT! Frigidaire wants to rebuild our brand new, never-worked, dented up refrigerator rather than replace it. Things have gone from bad to worse. Suffice to say, we have had some pretty frustrating conversations with Frigidaire, they have cancelled service calls with no notification, etc. It has been over a month without a refrigerator in our kitchen and we still have not seen a service person other than the first visit when he said the cooling system was shot. AND we have been lied to repeatedly, which we have found pretty offensive. At one point we got a communication from Frigidaire where they said that b/c of all the cancellations on their side, the NEXT appointment was UNCANCELLABLE. Guess what? Last week, on the day before the appointment, Service Tech Mike calls and CANCELS THE APPOINTMENT!!! Here's how that conversation went: Service Tech Mike:“I see your replacement door has not been delivered yet.” Us:“That is not correct; the replacement door has arrived at our house." Service Tech Mike:“Oh from my end it looks like the door has not been delivered.” Us:“Nope. We are looking at it sitting here in our family room, along with all the other parts from Frigidaire.” Tech Mike: “Well I am going to have to cancel tomorrow’s appointment, b/c I don’t have a tool that I need.” Us: “We were told that this appointment was uncancellable, b/c we have been cancelled so many times already; we were promised and expect someone here at the appointed time tomorrow.” Mike calls back and says his boss has the “magical” tool that he needs, so, nope, he’s not going to make it. We are incredulous. We have never experienced such protracted lying and poor treatment from a supposedly reputable company. This has consumed our lives in a very negative way.
