Are you asking for brackets or corbels? We have brackets that are attached to the studs -- you can find these are shortrunpro.com; and we also have counterbalance brackets for our peninsula. You don't see the supports at all. I currently don't have any pictures -- but if you call the shortrun pro folks and tell you the specs of your countertop they will tell you what you need. They are not cheap. I ended up finding out what I needed from them, and then realized that the local community college had a welding and metal working program -- they got me in touch with someone locally who fabricated them for me for a much more reasonable price. I worry when my 200 lb teenage son puts weight on my 12" overhang ... yours just seems like an accident waiting to happen. I would never think of putting weight on a cantilevered surface like this, but most people don't even give it a thought and some would even hop up and attempt to sit there!

You could have your fabricator cut slots into the bottom of the stone and fill the slots with stainless steel or composite rods set in a bed of epoxy or acrylic adhesive designed for rodding. 30" long at a minimum and spaced every 16" or so. Alternatively, you could run a 2" steel square tube between the three posts and set the stone on that. Painted flat black and set in 3" or so, it will be somewha inconspicuous. Check your door swings first, please.
