Concrete look tile suggestions and coordinating counters/backsplash

We are in the middle of an unplanned kitchen remodel due to flooding and it's time to confirm our materials. We had planned on continuing our white oak floors into the kitchen, but got cold feet at the last minute. Our dogs are super messy eaters and water drippers and often come into the kitchen wet muddy messes, so we decided to go with tile again. We are thinking of going with a large concrete look tile. I have samples of these two: 30x30 https://www.flooranddecor.com/porcelain-tile/district-gray-porcelain-tile-100785070.html

or 24 x24 in the color Bolt https://www.caesar.it/assets/Uploads/LINK-Catalog.pdf I'm leaning toward the Link Bolt because I like the tiny pebbles that are integrated into the tiles. They are only $.79 a sq foot at my local seconds and surplus store which almost gives me concern that they are so cheap, but they are from Italy and seem to be a reputable tile manufacturer?

Also, I would love suggestions coordinating counters/cabinet color/backsplash. We like the modern vibe of the concrete, but don't want it to be too cold. Planning to warm it up with some woods accents (floating shelves, table, maybe sisal rug). We are considering either Dovetail grey lower cabinets with white uppers, white quartz and white mosaic tile with grey grout, or white upper and lower cabinets with a darker grey quartz. I like the idea of white quartz better but can't quite envision how it will all look together. Attaching pics of the floor options (first 3 pics) and some inspiration photos.

Would appreciate any feedback! (The adjoining living area will be white oak flooring if that matters)
