My 30" Rohl Shaws original fireclay sink should be installed in my kitchen some time next week. So I can come back and make comments based on experience. For now, I can only say that I looked at countless sink styles, and nothing compared to the beauty of this one. I know I wouldn't have been happy with anything else :) L

My full size sink came from Blue Bath. It's two years old. No problems. I drain spaghetti water, and everything you'd dump in a sink. I did end up buying a grate but it's not the one for the sink I have. I saved about a hundred bucks buying one the size I needed but the drain hole is not exactly over the sink drain. It still works just fine. I am not a June Clever cook. Anything that survives me will survive you. I never use anything other than baking soda to clean it. I meant to follow up sooner with the outcome. The openings were successfully widened enough with a dremel with diamond bit. They were just a little bit too small and misshapen, so I don’t know what would have happened if a lot of dremeling was required. We were very much relieved of course! Does anyone have experience with the mentioned farmhouse sink? I really like the idea of it, but there are a few reviews on Amazon saying that it cracks. https://www.amazon.com/Blanco-523026-PROFINA-Apron-Cutting/dp/B06XHQRJK2/ref=sr_1_5 In theory fireclay is tough and shouldn't crack if you just drop something on it at 2 ~ 3 inch distance, but that's what the reviews say. Any recommendation for another fireclay farmhouse sink, single bowl, 33" - 36" wide, with a cutting board? Thanks.
