Uh-oh . . . I can't watch Jeopardy this week!
Comments (32)My TV reception is back! Jeopardy here I come!! It's a long story, but I figured out what the problem was. The roofers didn't mess up my antenna connection--I did. It was an easy fix. Meanwhile, keeping me company in the kitchen as I cook have been episodes of "Cheers." I've been appreciating it all over again--a very funny show! But I'm looking forward to Jeopardy tonight. Comments (29)Alex actually advised Todd Crain to apply for his job, once he left Jeopardy. He told him he would put in a good word for him, but that his replacement will and should be, up to the network. So it's highly doubtful the network will go with someone who is not really well known. But at least Mr. Crain has a personal note written to him from Alex Trebek, who clearly felt he'd be well suited for the job. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9KPjNZwZOWk...See MoreUpcoming and Possible Jeopardy Hosts
Comments (37)I think Katie is doing really well so far. For those saying she doesn't appear natural and relaxed, I get it, but although she has spent her career in front of a camera, game show hosting still has to be very, very different than anything she's done. The timing, the tempo, the rules of the game, getting straight who goes next, all while maintaining personality, contestant interaction, and pronunciation of all of those names and places she's likely never heard of.....all in a relatively short amount of time has to be a huge challenge! And, to have to go after two gentlemen who have significant familiarity with the show and all of its nuances? I give her a ton of credit....See MoreJeopardy: Buzzy Cohen hosting the Tournament
Comments (21)I saw this thread yesterday and realized I hadn't watched Jeopardy this week so I made a point to watch last night. I thought he was surprisingly good as host, and I have to admit he's not who I thought I remembered. I agree with MyBiz that Ken Jennings was the best with Aaron second. I didn't think anyone bombed but I just didn't think they were worth having back. Ded, I had the same thing happen yesterday where somehow I was signed out, and even though I have it set up autofilling with my user info it kept telling me it was invalid. Then I would try it again and I was in. Something bizarro with houzz....See Moreorchidrain_still
