Vinyl plank floor on uneven sub floor.

The kitchen had a whopping 5 layers of floor. Plank, Laminates, subfloor, all on top of the natural hardwood of the house. When I pulled up the top couple layers of floor and got to the subfloor I decided to use it. i foolishly didn’t expect the unevenness to effect it much. But where my refrigerator is a big low spot under half the fridge. I noticed a little buckling to the side of the fridge (my entrance way). when someone steps on it you see it move around a 4 square foot area and stepping on it feels like a soft spot. my question. Should I carefully pull up the floor and remove the subfloor and go directly on hardwood and address any level issues? or pull it up and use leveling compound on the big low spot? Or just leave it? I am confident to be able to remove the new floor without damage as when installed we did have to disconnect some a couple of times. In my pictures, the yellow is the low spot. The blue is the slightly raised soft spot. thank you for any responses.
