It appears your tiled walls will compete with your papered walls, if doing paper, I'd keep the rest simple. You want only one focal point.

the colors, patterns and textures will not play well together.

1. color: that tile and new flooring is earthy, which will not work with bright yellow.

2. pattern: the bold graphics of the wallpaper will clash with the tile wall -- too many different patterns.

3. texture: crackle glass and the rustic wood flooring will not play well with bold graphic prints of the wallpaper.

your new flooring will look fine with that tile wall tile though. just paint the walls a soft muted color or creamy white.

@User to clarify, wall tile, floor tile and vanity are all going, and door is being replaced. So fresh slate, but that is our floor above, the LVP throughout whole main floor.

@eld6161 you are correct, everything is going. This is the actual one we are thinking of, it is smaller in scale.

I still think your new flooring choice is too rustic for the kinds of wallpaper you like, but that's just me.

Unless you already have the color ordered, why not tile the floor in something else?

We need more pictures of the room. Will the fixtures be in the same spot? What color will they be. Are you planning on tiling behind the vanity as in your present powder room or are you switching to a vanity with a framed mirror as in your other photos? I would paper only one wall - the one behind the washbasin, if you are going with the pedestal. Then paint the other walls a lighter shade of the same color. Both of the papers you showed are lovely, but sorry I disagree with your decision to avoid blue because you have blue in the kitchen. I think it is more harmonious to carry colors over from one room to the next. So if you really want yellow or green, you might look for a paper that has a bit of navy with either of those colors and then use navy for your towels and other bath accessories. I do agree with ILoveMod that the floor is too earthy and rustic for the paper. If the flooring is also in adjacent rooms, I would stick with that flooring and look for a more muted, olive green. Below is the kind I would look for. And then I would get hand towels in that muted green and navy.

You really need to get a little sample of the paper and hold it against the flooring tile and see it in the lighting in the powder room. Of the two papers above I prefer the top. If I used that I'd consider painting one small wall or a soffit or even the ceiling navy. I like the middle one a lot too. With that you could paint the walls yellow, but not too bright. Good luck with it and please post again to let us see the finished room.

Powder rooms are traditionally decorated as if they were fantastic band boxes. For a powder room I would definitely go for wallpaper on all four walls because if you can't have an over the top wow factor in your powder room - where can you?

I have wallpaper in both the powder room and the master bath. Because I have a shower in the powder room (which is technically the guest bath), the wallpaper isn't on all the walls since the shower is tiled on two walls to the ceiling and there is tile to the ceiling above the vanity. But it definitely is a "statement" room.

Wallpaper is not as washed out as it appears in this photo.

Helen is correct about the tradition, but it makes me feel claustrophobic.

@Kisa Valenti We are tearing everything out. As stated above, we are purchasing the Godmorgon Ikea sink..we love them and have used them for years in our other home and frankly they are higher quality than any of the other ones we have looked at in the big box stores, as we are not looking to go custom. We are doing either high gloss white or high gloss gray....it will float and will only be 40", so will have about 10" on either side.

For fixtures, our current white toilet is going back in same spot. Am thinking of doing high polished chrome mirror and sconces, fauceet. We are doing Champagne bronze/gold in kitchen. We really do want this to be a completely different space, since it can be. All of our other rooms flow together and this one we just want to have it's own personality.

The LVP is going throughout the whole main floor which is about 1500 square feet and we do not want to tile a 5x5 room :) My floor doesn't read rustic to me at all, but thats okay..it reads as a neutral wood floor style finish brownish/gray.

of the 3 you posted, I do like the teal/blue diamonds. It's cute.

@Helen YES..that is what I'm talking about..just totally different space and personality. I just can't decide if we want a clean geometric or a crazy flower style and black and white...I love your washrom! It's fantastic!

very excited that we just discovered how easy it will be for us to move the sink to the left of the toilet. yay for making this PR make more sense for me. Ideally yes you wouldn't be able to see the toilet from the door of the washroom, but it is what it is....the door opens to a hallway off kitchen, so it'd actually in an ideal place...we see the vanity when sitting at kitchen table and not toilet...o my gosh, I just discovered why the builder put the toilet there..LOL. It's driven me crazy since we moved in 3 years ago why on earth the builder designed the PR that way. HA!

And we have decided on a wallpaper it has a little metallic to it.
