Good filler for kitchen cabinet trim....what can I use?

I’ve posted on here about our kitchen reno before. While we are happy overall with how it turned out, unfortunately we had a terrible quality control with the custom shaker cabinets which all have unsightly peeling in the corners. The cabinets are otherwise in great shape and I don’t want to go through the expense of replacing the doors just yet. Is there something pretty that I could “caulk” it with? Either a creamy white or even a light tan might look ok. Or even thin brass strips if there are such a thing. Any help appreciated, I just don’t know what product to consider. Thanks Houzz community!
