So many places I enjoy being, but perhaps one of my favorites is along a path in a cathedral of trees.

I have volunteered for a few decades at the All-American Soap Box Derby held in Akron, OH each summer. My normal spot while we are racing is on the bridge that spans over the finish line. A great view if I stand up, but most of the time I’m sitting looking at a computer screen. Still, my happy place.

My own back yard. It's not big enough to hold everything I love about "mother nature" but it's right outside my door, so that's where I spend many enjoyable hours.

Most of my favorite outside places are no longer possible for me to navigate, and pictures of those places are before digital. So these days, my favorite place outside is on the front porch, my sweetie by my side, watching the world go by.

I don’t spend a lot of time here but I enjoy the time I do, in my hammock by the lake.

Oh eld......I went from laughing my head off at Jim’s favourite place to be, to a full on swoon of total envy. Your pic looks like a perfect paradise to me, how utterly gorgeous.

Our local park, is gorgeous. I love strolling through the park, looking at all the flowerbeds.

I'm another that loves the beautiful wooded outdoors that we have in this country. These are from Hocking Hills, OH.

Jim's facility can certainly provide a sense of relief....

That facility is on a private island in the south Pacific. I went ashore and took lots of photos. It is not often that one sees something like that anymore. Look at the first photo, one can see that it is not fancy; the second photo shows how primitive life is on that island. I did not see a TP dispenser, nor did I see any TP!

When I saw the subject of today's thread, I just knew what I was going to post.
