Need help matching floor stain

Please help...we are desperate! We are in the process of refinishing our red oak floors. We made a custom color by mixing equal parts Bona aged pewter and Bona graphite. Our flooring professional told us he had enough stain to cover the entire floor but unfortunately ran out of stain when he was approximately 90% finished. We purchased two more cans of stain from the same distributor from which we got the first two cans. However, when we opened them, we noticed that the newest can of graphite stain was completely different than the first can that we used. We tested it on the floor and found that it looked nothing like the graphite from the first can. We called Bona and were told that the first can of graphite must’ve been bad, they’ve never heard of this happening before and there is nothing they can do for us. We still have a small area on our main floor and our stairs and landings that need to be stained, as well as touch up that needs to be done within the color that has already been applied to the majority of the floor. There is no way that we can possibly resend and start all over again. We are desperate because we have no way to match the custom mix that we created. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
