I have Oakridge shingles in Driftwood. They are newer, and actually have blue in them, so we are leaving that $10,000 re-roofing project behind us and working with it. :) I tried to pick whites that were off-white but not cream. Cream looks yellow against the blue. Also, I'm doing deck rail in man-made hopefully and I want things to blend with those materials. Painting where I'm located and my lot steepness, veeeery pricey. I need low maintenence. I'll try to post a pic. This will just be lap siding and no band board, this was playing around. Sable in gables, which are very hidden.

A house with wood floors and white trim can use almost any wall color. The only piece of the puzzle I can't see are the 'white granite' counters you mention. I wouldn't select paint color until you have at least a sample of the counter, and the backsplash to go with it. There are many whites and some will look better with your materials than others. Many people (and even some designers) try to put warm whites like White Dove with everything, but they don't look that good with blue-grays like Carrara. But as far as Light French Gray, it can lean blue in some lighting conditions. Whatever you consider, you'll want to try large sample areas on the wall before you decide. Another thing, if you haven't already - I'd remove all those window treatments (esp in kitchen) to let in as much light as possible. Consider roller shades or cell shades instead, things that can mostly be all the way up or down as needed. Avoid plantation shutters, their frames block 30% of the light, even when tilted open. Place a couple mirrors opposite a window to reflect more light in to the space. If the wiring is easily accessible, you might add a few can lights to the kitchen ceiling.

Whatever you do, DO NOT Paint the copper gutters and downspouts. They are an architectural feature. There are spit opinions on painting brick. If it's an ugly color, paint it. My personal experience was painted brick was the easiest, most durable house covering. It was 25 years before we had to paint our house a second time. We washed the house every year and the paint was incredibly durable. Trim paint is another issue entirely. It took constant upkeep. If the house is stucco, use an elastomeric paint. It's much thicker than regular house paint and designed to expand and contract with the stucco. You can tint it, just like regular paint. Let Lori guide you on color.
