nosoccermom, I have considered it, I saw your posts about it and yours looks great! I ordered the samples though and none really looked good in my rooms. The colors that company has are too busy and/or dark for these bathrooms, especially with the existing floor. However I did find some patterned vinyl contact papers I am considering - they have some other granite patterns and terrazzo and marble, too! Check these out: Terrazzo marble brown marble I just am having hard time envisioning an overall color scheme for some reason, I don't want to decide on the countertop without considering the floor and how the wall color will tie it together.

I guess your post yesterday didn’t turn out any paint colors. You posted no pictures yesterday, so I understand why responses were vague, although good ones. You bedroom/bath is pretty blah…I see no accent color at all. Paint the wall a rich gray blue…and the vanity white. The mirrors …they just doesn’t make it with the white window next to it…in the same shape... Replace with two different mirrors. Normally, you have the same mirror over each sink, but you can’t do that. Something simple, oval, the finish of the faucet. If you really need that other mirror choose something out of the ordinary, If you din’t need a mirror a great canvas would brighten the space up.

The bathroom with darker tile is a lower level bathroom and is also a guest bathroom. It will mostly get used during afternoon and evenings. The second picture gray tile bathroom is mainly for kids. The last one with light tile is the master bathroom. These two are on the second floor and mostly will be used in the morning, showering etc. As far as overall house theme, it is mostly transitional, very few are traditional. For master we considered dark espresso transitional design but we thought it may be too dark. But at the same time light color like pearl seemed too light and washed out. So as a compromise we are narrowing down on Mocha but still unable to decide.
