Need help with wall decor

We are looking to figure out what decor we should put on our wall. The window is small and probably going to put up white sheer curtains. The room is mainly blues greens and golds. (Ignore the mess on the shelving right now 🤦🏼‍♀️)

can you take more pictures of the room in order to get a better idea of the overall setup and broader perspective of the entire room. it would be great to see as well what you have on other walls currently and how everything relates.

The absence of color makes this otherwise nice space a rather sad one. You have lots of wall room - let yourself go and pick large pieces of wall art that you really love, not what's popular or trendy, but what truly reflects you. A larger and more colorful rug, more colorful pillows and the aforementioned wall art, and it will be a different place.

If you wanna accentuate the ceiling slope you could put maybe a triptych but each piece mounted higher to mimic the ceiling. Does that make any sense...not sure how to explain lol. Otherwise, just find a piece you love that’s about 2/3 the width of the bed or slightly bigger...too small always looks bad though
