Comments (4)The first one is definitely some kind of crabapple, but there are a million varieties. Might be Malus sieboldii, but can't tell for sure. Probably not a native. The second one looks like either a Walnut or a Butternut. The way I tell the difference is either the fruit, (walnuts are round, butternuts are oblong) or the leaf scars. , has a fuzzy 'mustache' above the leaf scar, , doesn't. Comments (6)Thank you floral_uk that must be Bauhinia divaricata. I thought the leaves were very distinct.
