Comments (2)I prefer the gel packs that you can put over your entire eye. They are squishy enough that you can shape them over the bridge of your nose. I keep a few in the freezer. It's not a highly infectious disease (you generally need prolonged exposure to someone with TB to catch it yourself) and it is treatable (unless you're in a very poor part of the developing world). Around 500 people a year die from TB in the US. Comments (24)I shower every single day when I come home from work. I rinse my hair with cream rinse, use soap and water on the rest of me. I wash my uniform right away. Then I clean everything I touched before my shower to ensure that *if* I brought the virus home, I washed it away. That is what you're supposed to do. Wash your reusuable home made masks and dry them in a HOT dryer. Toss the surgical ones never reuse them....See MoreFace Masks........

I just saw in our local paper that covid cases doubled here the last week in July. Which is a bit odd beccause the weather was idyllic and nearly every event and gathering has been outside.The local health department is again recommending masks....See Morevery_slightly_mad
