what color faucet and/or pendant lights are you doing? is the Trinsic in the gold or silver? if the sink/faucet is going under the pendant lights, I'd prob match the finish.

counter stools? what you have is very neutral. I'd bring in some warm wood accents somewhere, to give some depth. In fact, I'd do a warm wood island instead of that greenish gray color. It's shown here w/this wood color. very pretty together

so the Organic white is going up the back for the backsplash?

these are all organic white and done w/nickel hardware.

Hi Beth, thanks for your feedback!! I haven’t asked if I could wait to choose the drawer pulls but I suspect I won’t be able to as they will need to import them. I will try though.

I agree it’s very neutral. I don’t have options of warm wood for island. Only other option is glossy or matte white for island. Thoughts on keeping island white?

As far as pendants, I was thinking RH glass pendants but your thoughts on whether I should go bolder like this.

For stools, I hadn’t yet picked anything as I wanted to wait after build to see comfortably which stools would work best and color.

I am more inclined to go with the white/gold stool as I like the idea of ruling the back of my Islanm

Oh and I forgot to mention the champagne bronze faucet is the one I like.

I love the bolder brass and black pendants you posted. I would skip glass in your space. The brass would warm it up!

love the champagne faucet and those hardware choices. Love the idea of doing a warmer camel color chair. you could even do something w/walnut. I also like the pendants. the very large drums aren't really my thing, but if you like them, get them! (only if you have tall ceilings) make sure you carefully measure out where they will be placed. The round ones in the second pic are similar to what I have, so I do like those

The brass is classy and sophisticated. Love it.

Can you provide your own pulls? Top Knobs makes an edge pull in Honey Bronze, which is a very good match to Delta's Champagne Bronze. Even if they won't install them, could you just ask that they leave the pulls off and give you a credit and then install yourself?

@Beth H. : Construction has been so delayed that we held off on buying anything and really making any decisions. With Covid, construction was delayed another 3 months but they are starting up again. I will need to start ordering the lighting, etc. to provide them so thank you as I really like the pendants you provide.

I really like those pendants you attached. I am not crazy about drums either but thought maybe the space needed a pop. But agree the drums are alot of "pop". I need to create a visual board and start putting all these together but given we live on an island, we have to order everything in and it's hard for me to not to see everything in person and we can't travel to Miami as airports are all closed possibly until December. I will probably peruse, Joss and Main, RH and Lightology for some nice and economical options as I will have to pay duty and shipping to bring stuff in.

I think I am going to go with the white Island cabinets as well provided they haven't ordered the materials.

@Kristin S, not sure but I can certainly ask. I really need a middle ground between the Polished Brass and Satin Nickel. The Polished Brass seems too gold for me and the satinnickel slightly too muted. Hard to tell but is the Top Bronze kind of in between? Going to go online and see the difference. At the end of the day, the pulls are so subtle so maybe I should stop belabouring on this point and I guess I could always just change them out after the fact (although my husband would kill me!!) ... LOL. Thanks!!

The Top Knobs Honey Bronze is pretty close to exactly the same finish as the Delta faucet yo like in the Champagne Bronze - both are a muted satin brass tone.

Is Pinterest the right app to create a visual board of choices, materials, etc. or are you guys aware of another site.?..Or should I go old school and cut them out and pin them on a board?

@Beth H. : what are your thoughts on these pendant lights? Too much brass - I thought it was a good balance and a bit different.

they're kind of cool looking. yes, it would be a lot of brass, and the lights would make quite a statement. That's fine though because all of your other elements are on the sedate side.

You can also blow up balloons in the size and hang them for a visual.

If you order them, make sure they are returnable. LampsPlus usually has an easier return policy. (is there a store in your area? better than trying to ship them back for a return)

That is mighty big for a pendant. How long is the island?

@Beth H. - there is one hardware store so I many see what they have in stock. Other than that, I have to go off online. The balloons is a great idea that I hadn’t thought of!!! The island is 11ft9 so I am aiming to put 3 pendants. Is there a ratio/rule for pendants to island size?

@acm - the island is -11ft9 - I have planned for 3 pendants. I can gauge based on any rule/ratio pendants by island size. There are smaller versions of the same pendant so I am going to explore that as well.
