Comments (24)I think 2x3 will be too small. The door is 36". Here is a pic of a cheapo LNT rug that is 24x44. I don't think I'd want it any smaller. I think I'll check Tuesday Morning. I've only seen smaller rugs there--maybe I'll get lucky. Comments (8)I really like that rug pattern and would choose the lower right sample. I like any of the choices with the darker contrast color in the pattern. Comments (5)Do you have a coat closet ? If not I would look for small armoire for that space where the art is . As for a console table I think I might do a shelf with a drawer instead of a console table since you do not really have much space there Hang a piece of art above it to fit between the switches....See MoreCalling all Rug Experts! Comments (10)I wouldn't do a 4x6 or larger in front of the door, but a smaller mat just large enough to enable people to wipe their feet. I'd focus all my attention on getting the perfect long runner for the foyer, and let that be the showpiece....See Morehoussaon
