I agree and Emma Thompson is absolutely brilliant in her role as well.

It is a cute movie--but it's accuracy is deeply questioned.

One that I loved (from 2 years ago) is Won't You Be My Neighbor (2018). I didn't appreciate the original TV show as a kid, but now as an adult in a world that has so much anger and violence, I truly appreciate all that Fred Rogers did for TV and I loved the documentary. I also liked the 2019 movie with Tom Hanks.

(It doesn't hurt that Fred Rogers reminds me a bit of my late Dad, who was one of the kindest people you would ever care to meet <3).

I take all Hollywood movies with a grain of salt. I am not sure about accurate portrayal of the true story, but nonetheless it was a nice movie for a couple of hours of escape.

I have been catching old favorites on TV this past month. On St. Patrick's Day, I loved The Quiet Man, starring Maureen O'Hara, John Wayne, Barry Fitzgerald, and so many other stars.

Saving Mr. Banks is a wonderful film. So glad that your discovered it.

Thank you for the recommendation! It seems to be a great movie as you described it. Nowadays, finding a movie without swearing, violence, and intimate scenes is a bit hard and tricky. It takes me hours to find something decent when I watch something with my kids. The only blockbusters with Jackie Chan exclude murders, and the main character is only beating up furniture. By the way, my friend recommended I use this platform https://yeahmovies.tv/flixtor to get good links to watch movies. I'd be grateful if you'd give feedback on that platform because I'm using Netflix, that's a bit costly, and if possible, I'd prefer to change the streaming service.

Looks like "goofle" is a contractor 'pro'. We used to have a lot of air duct cleaning 'pros' posting these sort of posts and then returning to edit them later. Now they all seem to be contractor pros, which is sad for our very good real pro contractors who post here legitimately.

@Joseph Corlett, LLC, are you saying that No Time to Die is a wash? I can't imagine Daniel Craig being portrayed as a wimp. He's voted as being the best Bond because he's so rough around the edges. I personally like Pierce Brosnan.

We just watched a 2018 release, Life Itself, streamed on Amazon Prime. Fascinating story, full of twists, including some to make you gasp. 4 Stars.

We watched The Electrical Life of Louis Wain. Excellent! Wain was an artist and illustrator, among other things, who may have had schizophrenia but Benedict Cumberbatch plays it also with a nod to another theory that he was on the autism spectrum. Anyway, Cumberbatch is excellent.

A really nice one that I watched a number of months ago is Mr. Church with Eddie Murphy. Not a comedy like his normal fare. Based on a true story. Highly recommend.
