What cabinet color to match Bianco Antico Granite?

I am looking for color recommendations to go with bianco antico granite. I am debating on white or cream kitchen cabinets. Some people have said the cream makes the granite look yellowish. We have already purchased a cream &

gray backsplash so I do have options there as well. Any recommendations are appreciated!

When you're talking those subtle color variations, it's really better to get a designer in person to help you look at things. There's only so much someone can do looking at colors on a computer screen, and your photo looks a little foggy here on my end. If you can find someone who has a digital color measuring tool, they can pull out several options for you from the granite and backsplash that you already have. Going with a more saturated color on your cabinetry is also an option.

I have BA, but have a dark cork floor. If I were doing a tile I know how wrong this is....but I think a marble would look great. So, what about a marble look-alike? Calacatta Porcelain tile, or something like that? I like things that sparkle with my BA, that is why I think about marble--even though it itself isn't sparkly it goes with "sparkly". Here is a floor (originally on Maria Killam's Colour Me Happy Blog), but who knows...Hollywood could have used something like a vinyl tile to get this look: Or if you prefer a darker look, maybe one of the tiles that looks like wood. Those are gorgeous. I have my eye on those for an upstairs bathroom. I would hop over to Mission Stone & Tile's website because they have a lot of eye candy and look around for ideas. I love those big bull nose samples, they just have them at the place I go. Anyway, I don't have it installed yet because I just can't decide between that and bianco antico. It's just the red that is keeping me hesitant. Anyway, I need to decide soon we are getting close to granite time. Thank goodness! I found this picture and it looks like aran white but sometimes they call them different names. Still don't have pictures to upload (soon, I hope), but we have settled on a porcelain tile that has a stone look--Edimax - Materia Forte in Basaltica. It's got grey tones, which look better with our granite than brown tones. We plan to use 4 x 4 tiles and do random accents of oil rubbed bronze 4 x 4 tiles, which will match our cabinet pulls and bring out the copper in the granite. This satisfies my DH, who wanted a more "natural" look than ceramic tile, but will also be very maintenance friendly. I really appreciate your feedback on the travertine. I was ready to give in and use it, but your comments about the true purpose of a backsplash really gave me pause, and a better compromise was reached. Thanks again. I hope to figure out and post preliminary pictures sometime next week, although the backsplash and finish electrical is not done. Are pictures of your kitchen posted? Would love to see it, too.

Me!!! Sher_in_nc also has a similar granite called Brazilian Diamond I think. I don't have finished kitchen photos, but I posted some in-progress photos after the granite was installed. I think it goes really well with dark brown or white cabinets. I think it would look okay with honey/cinnamon brown cabinets, but am honestly a bit worried that it may be too "cool" and that you would be better off with Kashmir Gold. Could you get a sample of each granite and hold it up to your cabinet door sample? I would totally recommend that. Redroze's Granite Install Recent Kitchen Photos Actually, I just remembered that TS Diver has Bianco Antico in his bathroom and I think he has medium honey-toned cabinets! Run a search for TS Diver.

Incase you don’t hear back from the original poster we chose Sw alabaster to go with our Antico Bianca. I will post a couple of pics here but if you would like me to send you more pics in different lighting or maybe a video let me know and I can email them to you. I know what you’re going through is a very difficult decision but we are happy with what we ended up with. So hard for me to get the lighting correct to give you a true picture
