Help me fit three monitors in this space

Hi, I need help fitting three monitors in this space for a home office. I'm not sure how to set the place up and if I should mount any of the monitors. I would like some desk space to write/put papers on and the desks the way they are now are kind of narrow.

One desk can be expanded to quite a large size but with a monitor on it it's hard to move/open and still have the chair in the same place. Here are some pictures and manuals with the setup I have, specs for the monitors, and two other pieces of furniture I have that I could potentially use in this space.

In the space I have about 80 inches by 36 inches along the walls.

This additional desk I could use is 48x24 inches:

This other piece of furniture I could use is 16x25x20:

Please help me figure out what combinations of desks/mounts would work to get this setup more efficient and comfortable. The part of the white desk that the biggest monitor is on swivels and can be extended all the way round to be in line with the part under it that my keyboard is on, but when it's turned like that the two parts of the table are uneven heights and I can't easily put the monitor on it. I do have few desktop monitor stands but still, what I would like to do in addition to fitting these monitors is figure out how to get some desk space for papers and articles and books that I need to use when I'm working in this area. And the table is very narrow so I'm wondering if desk mounts would help and where the ideal place to hook them up is.

Here is the info on the monitors:

One is a 48 inch TV but it's possible I won't have it for long and then will swap it out for one that is the same size as one of the next two. So I would prefer not to go through the trouble of mounting this one if I won't be using it long-term.

Another is a 32 inch TV:

And the third is a 27 inch monitor:

Here is the desk that can be expanded but the 32 inch monitor is on it right now.

I would like to free it up and make it easier to open and put papers on it and write, but I can't figure out how to arrange the monitors so I can do that. I would like to also be able to see the monitors better next to each other instead of the one on my right being so far and to the side from the middle one.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thank you!

PS. I know the contact paper is awful, I've been experimenting and it will come off.
