Well, that wasn't as hard as I thought it would be!
Comments (6)Yes, I'm afraid it will be comming up soon. We own a rental home,we just purchased it about year and a half ago, and rented to a couple that have had many tragic events. A year ago husband had a good job, she was working, shortly after he lost his job.. she then lost her job. and just a month ago the're 10 year old son died suddenly.. they are really good people, and they have been taking excellent care of the home, but currently they are $5000.00 behind in rents.. We are making payments on this home, and we cannot continue to do so without some rent comming in, so we will have to ask them to leave....See MoreI guess, it wasn't supposed to be?
Comments (13)Moni Things happen for a reason. You will sell and you will get a great price. It took us 6 months to sell our house. We didn't have any open houses or even a for sale sign in front (DH hates those). We had lots of people come through and say..."eewww...the bathroom is pink". It only takes one buyer that will jump at the chance to own your home. Keep the faith PS....I'll be doing ritual soon and I will ask the Goddess of Home (Hestia) to help you out. It worked for us. Comments (15)I agree that most of these things can be done. But it's the cost involved. Shipping containers do a lot of ocean crossings and are covered with salt spray. They get a quick coat of paint until it becomes uneconomical and then they're sold off. For the sale they're just touched up with a bit of paint which camouflages the issues for a little while. For the trouble and expense of properly cleaning up and doing up a container it would be cheaper to build something similar/basic from scratch. They're certainly robust enough for cyclonic conditions but they have to be anchored properly and preferably have more than one entry/exit (in case of debris piling up against them). Also good idea to be outside a flood prone area. I've friends who've bought containers. Said they'd use them for storage and then for shelters when there was a need. But they eventually ended up giving them away. Forgot to mention, not so easy to keep termites out of. I looked into getting a container years ago but for me there were more cons than pros....See MoreMeasles - Do People Not Realize How Bad This Can Be?
Comments (45)Thanks - yes, what we are missing in energy we make up for in stability so I think it will be fine! I'm a little nervous about the increased risks but the odds are still in our favor and they test the embryos now. Colleen, I've heard that is pretty common! It happened to my aunt and uncle. They tried for 10 years, did quite a few unsuccessful ivf rounds and were trying one last one before adopting. That worked for a baby boy and 2 years later they had a girl naturally. I think the body has an easier time getting pregnant after the first time in many cases. I hear so many stories of taking a year or more to get the first but the second was a one try kind of deal....See MoreOutsidePlaying
