Mashed Potato Stuffing

5 lbs of any potato you like

3 large onions

2 stalks of celery

2 loaves of day-old white bread

6 sticks of butter

Spices as you like: black pepper, basil, cayenne pepper

1 can of your favorite beer

Cut the unpeeled, but washed, potatoes into chunks and then boil until the skin starts to peel. While the potatoes are boiling, chop and saute' the onions in butter. When they're done, throw them into a huge mixing bowl. Cut the crust off the bread and then cube what's left, adding it to the onions. Grind the celery and add it to the bowl. Melt the butter, mix in the spices, and add it to the bowl. Mix well.

When the potatoes are done, add them, mash them, and mix well. Let the stuffing cool for at least 30 minutes before you stuff the turkey with it. When you're done and the bird is in the oven, drink the beer.
