Ceiling fan over dining table?

We are looking to swap out our existing dining room chandelier for this fan:
https://www.amazon.com/Minka-Aire-F727-BN-MM-Rudolph-3-Blade/dp/B01DONJWMG
We would add the light kit to the bottom:
https://www.amazon.com/LED-LIGHT-KIT-FOR-RUDOLPH/dp/B07B3C812T/
It would hang 6"+10" for the fan plus another 5" for the light, so 21" overall from the ceiling; we currently have a 26" diameter, 11" tall drum shade chandelier that hangs 23" from the ceiling.
The fan has twice the diameter of the drum shade but takes up less volume so I don't think it will look unbalanced. The room is about 15'x12'.
We would run the fan when we weren't eating; the dining room is open to the living room and kitchen so it should help with airflow through the whole downstairs.
Does that sound reasonable?
