Pano pix distort size and scale, so they're pretty useless here. Please shoot from each wall to the opposite wall in standard setting. We especially need to see your focal point fireplace. Comment and use the Photo icon to post them. Here's a chart to use in placing TV/sofa. Most Houzzers will want you to post a floor plan with measurements and openings and side rooms that connect to the doorways here. Do you not need a dining area where the elliptical is?

Have you tried the TV placed between the windows where the clock and picture are? It may be too large to put over the mantel, but that could be a last resort. Most of your art is hung too high, and pieces over the doors tend to lower the ceiling visually. Take down all of the art and remove the fake plants. Then lets get the TV and furniture arranged first. Afterward we can put some of the pieces back on the walls. I would prefer all those windows to have the same treatment. what is the little alcove space with the 3 pendant lights above it? Can the tall cabinet by the sliders be used in the dining room?

@decoenthusiaste, if I put tv on the wall between windows where do I put the couch, ideally I want to watch tv from the couch.

The space With 3 pendant lights is stairs to basement. yes The tall cabinet had stuff that I use in dining room but I can let go of it. There is no space for it in dining

I would keep this basic arrangement with a few changes:

1. Whatever is in front of the fireplace needs to go.

2. Move the tree someplace other than this room.

3. Put the two red chairs together in front of the railing and send the recliner to another room.

4. Get matching floor to ceiling curtains for all windows in this space.

5. Get a rug large enough to hold all front feet of the sofa and chairs.

6. Replace the current console with a longer one that spans nearly the width from fireplace to wall and is no higher than the one you have now.

Take your sofa apart and float the 3-seat portion where you now have the lounge chair and the single red chair so it faces the TV. Use the chaise section angled in the corner where the elliptical is. Place the two red chairs facing the FP so the sofa and 2 chairs make an "L."

@groveraxle the living room floor is a stair up from the entryway , to prevent fall we got the fence

@groveraxle, here is my fireplace, i had covered it with table cloth as i had baby proofed the edges

Rearrange you furniture ,couch you can place near fireplace. can you move your tv. it would be better near wall clock window side, and it will be more spacious for small chairs in place of tv.

Put a table at that end of the armless piece. If the area is too small to add a table, and there are mechanical connectors to be hidden, drape a throw over that end of it.
