I had a hard boiled egg on a flat bread with coleslaw. then, a few tostada chips with Trader Joe's spinach dip.

Marilyn, that sounds so good. I ate an early lunch because I am having dinner out. I had a ham salad sandwich and it was yummy. Going to a seafood place tonight but don't know what I'll want.

I am between meetings and an appointment so I stopped at Maki Fresh. Just finished a Crispy Brussels Sprouts bowl which contains chicken and delicious Brussels sprouts over brown rice. Left most of the rice.

I have some fresh garden tomatoes and would love a blt but I just can't eat bacon these days. It kills my stomach. I hate that because I really like bacon occasionally. I have not had any thing yet, will probably make a piece of Cinnamon swirl toast with some cream cheese spread.

I had Szechuan Beef, Hot & Sour soup, and Crab Rangoon for lunch today. First time eating out in weeks.

We had club sandwiches for dinner last night (BLT + sliced turkey and provolone). One of my favs! I used an orange Kellogg's Breakfast for the tomato...I think it is my new favorite tomato.

Marilyn, that sounds so good. Fresh tomato makes almost anything good, never mind the bacon.

I don't know what I'm having. I've been crawling around in the island bed, cleaning it up and have a sprinkler running there now. (It's jammed with vintage woody rhododendrons and only a few places I can stand upright) I've cleaned myself up, and am about to leave for the grocery store. Maybe I'll come home with something interesting for lunch ;0)

That's my favorite sandwich too, Marilyn, except I swap the lettuce for avocado. I also like egg salad with crunchy lettuce on soft bread.

My first meal of the day was half of a leftover hamburger from dinner last night, taboulleh (made it for the first time a couple of days ago) and a fruit salad.

I love a BLT. Today I grazed- cucumber/onion salad, swiss cheese, fresh figs, a peach, a bunch of cherries and some candy orange slices.

:) sounds good...but I would leave off the tomato...can't seem to eat them right

now...but love just the bacon, lettuce and mayo still. Would like to have the

fresh peach too.

Today, went to Jim "n Nicks, and had a smoked ham sandwich with lettuce,tomato,onion, and mayo off the bun. That's the ways I always eat their ham sandwich. Tasty!

That's exactly what I was hankering for and ordered at lunch today. It was easily one of the best and most satisfying lunch that I've had in a long while.

I had a lettuce/tomato/cheese salad w/ Ceasar dressing & croutons, for lunch. For dinner I made an Italian Shepherds pie. I have a batch of brownies in the oven right now! Yum!

I put bacon on my toasted cheese sandwich. Paired it up with a mug of tomato soup.

I am having a patty melt, no bread and some brocolli with buttah.......

I love BLTs as long as there is no mayo. I baked a ham with sweet potatoes, pineapple and green pepper chunks. I'm not really a fan of sweet potatoes or green peppers, but the kids like them. I had a sliced tomato.

I picked up some big beefsteak tomatoes at the farm stand yesterday so I have been making toasted tomato sandwiches with mayo on Dave's Killer 21 whole grain Bread. I am planning on having another one tomorrow. So good. Not a fan though of lettuce on a tomoato sandwich

I never eat breakfast or lunch. Coffee for me. We had fish and green beans for dinner. Doug and Kali each had an orange and a cookie for dessert.

No blts for me. Only getting cherry tomatoes off the vines right now. My big Brandywines aren't ripening very fast. Today was the first time one has begun to barely ripen. Trying to be patient.... For lunch I had some beef and broccoli over rice.

Mexican Train day at my place and I made Alisande's delicious curried egg salad.
