Noooooo. I will be on the look out though. Is the inside a cream cheese flavor?

Nope. But I am not a fan of either carrot cake or cream cheese frosting. I love the smores oreos and the dark chocolate oreos and the cookie butter oreos that were out last year. Oh so good!

I find I almost never care for things that try to be what they are not. Oreos are supposed to be dark chocolate sandwich cookies that used to be good before they started messing with the recipe. Coming up with all these new flavors adds insult to injury. They should concentrate on making their Oreos taste like they used to. I've switched to Mexican sandwich cookies. Taste like cookies were before.

I used to love Oregon Farms carrot cake that was sold frozen. I dislike layered carrot cakes. Good carrot cake doesn't need to have tiers of icing.

Eld616, yes, the inside is very carrot cake flavor. And the cookie part tastes like it too.

I haven't seen the smores oreo, but will look for that one!!!

No, I wasn't aware there was such a thing, but I am willing to give it a try.

I will also take Amy's share of the cream cheese frosting. I love that stuff. When I was working, one of my co-workers was an avid baker and whenever she made cream cheese frosting, she'd bring me a bowl of the frosting and a spoon. I was in hog heaven on those days!

They have a whole bunch of new flavors, some are very strange. Like these...

the millennials comment above is not mine, it was attached to the picture. But apparently they do love avocado toast. I need to try that but I will skip the cookies.

I don't even like the Double Stuffed variety. Why mess with perfection? The avacado version is just wrong.

The newest flavor i have seen is mint chocolate chip.

NAH, and it's not likely. The only reinvention that has been worth the try for me is double stuff. So far they haven't really improved perfection.IMHO

I actually love the cookie part and usually don't like the cream filling. (Strange I know). One year recently they had a coffee flavored filling, and that I ate all together and loved.

Happily I am not a huge fan of carrot cake so that's not calling my name. Same thing for the avocado one. But it's nice that they try.

I do think it's pretty cool that they do this- similar to is it Lay's that does the unusual pairing of flavors for chips.

No, and I won’t. I don’t care for Oreos and most any other store bought cookie. I know...I’m weird. Now if it’s a nice soft homemade oatmeal raisin, I will take it! Or any one of several other homemade cookies.

I'm not a boughten cookie fan unless it's Walker's Shortbread. I can't tell you the last time I had an Oreo.

I would love to - but I know I can't without eating the whole pack! They have a birthday cake one that was delicious!

Avocado... that's just wrong.

Oh boy...that's just another thing I can add to my list of "never try" as, so long as I don't know what I'm missing, I don't miss it. I've never had nutella either.

I made the mistake of letting DH use the coupon he had for Häagen Dazs Trio and now I'm hooked. If I'd never tried it, I'd never crave it.

I have a huge sweet tooth, but for some reason store-bought cookies don't appeal to me at all. There literally is not one package of cookies in the average grocery store that I will buy.

Good fresh cookies - from a good bakery or a good baker - I can eat by the truckload. But none of the prepackaged stuff is worth paying for, in my humble opinion of course.

I saw the Carrot Cake Oreos and was curious but didn't buy. I went on a chocolate filled Oreo kick there for about a month! The only complaint I have about the Oreos, and this may be recent because I never noticed it so much before, is that the cookie wafer part is so thin and breaks very easily. I was thinking it could be because twisting them apart and eating the filling is the most popular way to eat Oreos. Perhaps the bakers thought a thinner wafer would be better. Definitely not for me.

ETA: I do like some store bought cookies - the chocolate marshmallow Pinwheels are my absolutely go to indulgence when I need TLC!

schoolhouse, I would have included me in the "don't like store bought cookies" camp but I also have to admit to a secret passion for marshmallow pinwheels :-) Hoo boy, do I like those!! But they are hard to find locally so I do not indulge often. And one grocery near me carries a crisp lemon cookie brittle that is to die for!! But they are pricey ($6.99/pkg) and I will eat the entire pack at a sitting so rarely get them.

But most other store bought cookies - like Oreos - hold no interest for me. If I wanted a cookie that tasted like carrot cake, I'd just make the cake..........

Hmmmm, dim view. It makes me think of when fig Newtons started making blueberry and raspberry and (gack)strawberry or making the outside thicker and so on. Why? Still if it makes you happy. Avocado?

I don't know who says go in and tweak the recipes...I bought individual bags of the mini oreos and they had NO flavor...and I agree, don't be trying to make an oreo or a snicker bar or a reese peanut butter cup taste like any other than the original flavor. BUTTTT I will say I have enjoyed some of the additional flavored M & M's ;-)
