Do either of these cabinet finishes work with this floor tile?
Comments (10)I think a very plain soapstone or very neutral warm quartz (caesarstone oyster?) would be nice choices as they wouldn't fight with the floor. I searched for terracotta tile kitchens on houzz cuz I thought it might share undertones with your tile. I know the kitchens are enormous but at least the color combos might translate? Comments (12)On my screen the lighter grey one on the left looks the best. The tall sample on the right looks like it has a green undertone to it. The darker grey ones are too similar to the wall color....See MoreBacksplash help? Griege cabinets, stone tile floor and white counters
Comments (14)is that white around the window wood trim? or is it the window? if trim, I would remove it and tile up underneath the cabinets. I can't really tell from the pic what I'm looking at. the cabinets should not be sitting on that white trim part, or whatever that is. as for the tile...it's Tilebar.com. order some samples https://tilebar.com/roman-collection-wedgewood-herringbone-marble-and-glass-tile.html it also comes in a Tuscon Tan color. creamier tones. https://tilebar.com/florentine-asian-statuary-marble-tile-with-athens-gray-line.html I think the Calacatta marble would be a nice choice. https://tilebar.com/talon-calacatta-and-thassos-marble-tile.html this one is mixed w/the white marble Take a look around here at all of their subway tiles. maybe find something different that you like? https://tilebar.com/collection/subway-tiles.html Maybe look at the Cadenza Line of subways. this is Thunder and Baja Dunes. Both of them would look nice w/the cabinet color and play well w/flooring. https://tilebar.com/collection/subway-tiles/ceramic-porcelain-subway-tiles.html The glass subway tile in my previous comment,, I posted the name of the company and the tile color. you could google it....See MoreWhat do you think of these floor/counter/backsplash combos?
Comments (13)You hit the nail on the head...I like the color of the more grey one, but I worry it will have a fake look. I want to like the one with the real pebble look more, but it falls flat. I'm waiting for a sample of a terrazzo look tile from Tilebar that's also polished. I like a mid-century look, so hoping we will like these. I put it together with a couple of combos in a visualizer with a counter similar to ours. This isn't actually our space (Ours is demo'd), but it's similar. I also ordered a sample of a medium grey version that I liked best but for some reason it wasn't option in the visualizer, so these are with the light and dark grey. https://www.tilebar.com/rizo-tortora-24x24-terrazzo-look-porcelain-tile.html...See Morecpartist
