I'm 100% with Virgil. Do not stain the garage door, no matter what! Paint it the same color as the house (or a slightly darker shade if you're feeling WILD) so it doesn't become the star of the show. Here's a photo of my previous house (it was a semi-custom craftsman in Minnesota). It's not as gorgeous as your inspiration photos, but it might help to see the door/sidelight option in the wild. (Siding is James Hardie Mountain Sage, trim is Sailcloth, window are a true white)

love the black. once you get your porch surface in, and the landscaping, it will look great. I like your first railing w/the black posts. Beautiful. the path and greenery looks amazing w/the black. don't touch it! if you do a composite wood decking, or even real wood, stained in a warmer tone, it will soften all the blacks.

Cool house! You might be able to pull off a gray or navy on the siding that goes with the brick. Roof color probably matters more than your photos show. You definitely need to do some photoshop mockups to see if having the top half(ish) of the house dark will make it look floaty or weird. You have white windows--it might make sense to do the eaves white. They can't be left out of the planning. I'd probably try to find a lighter earthy green that goes with the brick. Any chance of showing us the fireplace attached to that incredible chimney?

I've been house shopping and have looked at dozens of homes in that style and even live in a smaller version currently. I don't see anything glaringly wrong with the colors. I like the repeat of the black garage door, front door, and roof brackets. There's no hiding a forward-facing garage door so I think a quality garage door is important in these homes. The only thing that's slightly off to my eye is that the stucco has an olive tone (yellow) while the Hardie has a blue tone. If you take the blue out and go with an olive tone for the Hardie, it will work better with the reds and olive-grays in the stone. Black is also a better accent color with olive than with blue-green. That gives you a Craftsman color scheme, and I know these homes are marketed as a Craftsman style.
