And I would just add that nothing can be done that rapidly/overnight. You may get some suggestions here, but that is far from a design plan. And even with a plan in hand, it will take time for it to be implimented, even by a team of skilled professionals.......should you find any that are not pretty well fully booked at this very busy time of year.

The only thing in my area you can do in a day is install new grass sod.

Your yard looks fine already. I would not do another thing.

If you feel the need to do something, you could trim the shrubs near the back gate so that there's a good foot of space between the branches and the walkway.

I would also get rid of the loose rock bordering the sidewalk and replace with bricks or pavers. That looks like a turned ankle waiting to happen when a potential buyer is looking at the house rather than where their feet are going.

I agree with Bab's comments. If I was shopping for a house, I would be totally turned off by rock mulch. To me, it would only be something I would have to pay or do work to get rid of. (BTW, it would not be cheap for you to put it in in any proper way either.) I also agree with getting rid of the loose rocks. To me, they look like clutter and too much like construction materials that were left over and pushed to the side of walk to get them out of the way.

As Gargengal said, there is nearly nothing you can do in terms of landscape on a hurry up basis. And certainly nothing you could do on a hurry up basis that would appeal to a buyer. In doing that all of your efforts would be in vain. They would work against your objective of getting the best price for the property you can get. It would be much better just to clean up and get rid of all the things sitting around. Nothing is better than many somethings.

You literally just ignored every response/piece of advice you got. Why don't you just go ahead and do whatever you want and post pictures when you're done instead of looking for more advice you'll ignore?

I like the plants instead of the rocks or placed amongst the rocks. Leave the grass as is unless having sod put in is realistic. What does your realtor say? Listen to their advice. They know your housing market and what is needed to sell at the price point you want in your neighborhood.

If I were putting the house on the market I would put down fresh sod and trim the bushes and forget about everything else. You want a neat, clean presentation.
