Climbing rose diseases? MAC rose

Giacomo

Hello, my Alfred Carriere Climbing Rose is having leaf issues. The old growth has a brown (necrotic) yellow look and the new growth is curly and not looking healthy. I have sprinklers at the base of the roses to water my lawn and part of the water also wets the leaves when the sprinklers are on (about 2-3 times/week). This is also facing north-east so probably gets 2 hours of sun every day. What is the issue? (too many possibilties from google search: Magnesium deficiency, Boron Toxicity, overwatering, etc..). I tried to measure soil PH and it's about 6-7 apart from one spot next to a rootball which was 4-5

PH.
