Please help me finish my dining room
Comments (13)I'll look at the indoor/outdoor rugs. I hadn't thought of that. I've been so stuck on "NO RUGS NEAR EATING AREAS"! I think I may just get a few different panels and live with them for a few days to see what I fall for. Yes, I had planned on hanging them so they barely touch the edge of the window to make it look larger. Thanks again for the feedback. Sometimes I just need to hear that I'm heading in the right direction from all of you (I've been so impressed with what I've seen everyone on this forum do in their own homes that it has made me want to make mine look the best it can)....See MoreHelp me decorate Dining/Living Room please

Comments (34)I put a black and white abstract artwork on that wall to provide more contrast and added a chair next to the bar to balance it a bit. I am now playing around with the tablescape. I may incorporate some red in with the silver and gold on the table. I’m also considering adding some peep and stick grass cloth wallpaper behind the abstract art in either light grey or tan or beige/gold. Thoughts?...See MorePlease help me choose a dining room light fixture
Comments (11)Thanks for your insights, Christopher. The Deco fixture is one of my favorites, so I'm happy to get a vote for that choice. It's really difficult to find just the right piece...do you have any sources and/or pieces you could recommend? I've spent hours scrolling online and I'm still not super excited about anything......See MoreDaniela Marino
