Buried money
Comments (29)I bought a brand new Lexus from a local Lexus dealership in 2013. There are only two Lexus dealerships in the greater Sacramento area; the next closest is in the San Francisco Bay area. Prior to my buying the Lexus, I was considering getting a new Mercedes or BMW. I've never received, or even seen, an incentive to test drive any of those brands in the greater Sacramento area. I don't doubt that they exist elsewhere -- I've just never seen or heard about them....See MoreBurying the money

For those not getting some kind of government pension, Medicare has to be paid in advance, quarterly. So thinking of calendar quarters, imagine you paid in Dec-Jan for the Jan-March coverage period. Medicare refunds the overpayment promptly. There's no bonus, a double payment gets refunded....See MoreRemember to Bury your Money!!
Comments (51)Will pouring hot water help pudgeder? DH and I were talking when it was rabbit rabbit time so I flubbed that. Also I forgot to say I am burying my misfortune. Hopefully when I go out soon and say I am digging up my fortune it will counter the whole getting rid of my misfortune mistake. Maybe when I dig up the coins I will say I buried my misfortune and it has turned into a fortune. Who knows it could be a whole new lucky tradition :-). Joyful I'm not sure if it's supposed to be a secret or not. I would say just bury some money in a bag under the snow or in a flower pot outside and give it to somebody who's needy. That's what I do when I remember to do everything right....See MoreOur “bury the money” tradition
Comments (18)I have gotten( i like to think beacuse of ) a few small things, like a safeway gift card, and I won a small room size heater in a drawing along with the latest being that my meds were 5 dollars cheaper. I will be just as happy with small blessings as if they were large ones because I did not expect any of them....See More- 7 years ago
