Need help with my washer vibrating on my second story laundry room
Comments (109)so i called lowes and mentioned the scratch and they offered me 15% off or a new machine. i took the 15% off...i don't know if they could have even ordered another one for me but i def wasn't going through another delivery process just bec of a scratch on the machine. i'm very happy with the 15% off. then i called the 3rd party delivery co's guy i had been dealing with all along...(way back i asked abt compensation for the hassle from lowes they said its the delivery company's responsibility so at the time i asked this guy i was dealing with and he said he def would be giving me something.) so i called and asked for compensation he said he'll get back to me...that he has to speak to lowes etc so i mentioned that i got the 15% from lowes for the scratch bec i never mentioned the scratch to him so i didnt' want him to be confused. and told him that when i asked lowes abt compensation for the hassle they said the delivery co is responsible. anyway he called back and offered $75 in lowes gift cards. I tried saying its so little, i'm getting that much back for a scratch and this was a huge hassle and totally avoidable had the delivery guys not dumped the machine and ran...if they would've just read the instructions they could have done it properly, and then on top of it they lost the feet etc that it was not a mistake, it was laziness and negligence etc...but he still said all he can do was $75 so i said fine... lol so assuming the above comes through it will cost me $356! still would not want the hassle of the feet, not worth the aggravation but the scratch is prob worth it ;) on a side note, when i called the delivery guy i've been dealing with extensivley, i introduced myself saying "hi, i'm the lady with the rubber feet" haha...See MoreFun laundry delivery from Amazon today :)
Comments (24)Jean I'm feeling fine Thanks for asking, but swamped with work here, than I forgot that repairmen were comming for well check on Queenie lol. I had to move a floor shelf and other odds and ends so they could take Queenie apart and take a look see...good news is she passed her well exam with flying colors. I've had her for 7 months now and no build up of anything on washer parts that they could see but I wasnt in there, I wanted to see the pump but didn't get too. They said they generally don't go into the washers this far on a well check but since I had something stuck in the pump a few months ago they wanted to look. they also commented on my detergents...lol and ask if I use powders often, I said yes most of the time, with hot washes..they said that accounted for my like new appearance of the washers insides...I have a load running now just to make sure they didn't damage anything lol...there were 2 men one older one very young, but I had the feeling the way they talked the young guy was in training lol. They also said in a year they will be back for another well check but won't do anything other than watch it fill on mini load and spin and take the front cover off. They only did a full look today because I had a pump issue. No I didn't place my Amazon order yet, I went to bed last night thinking I'd do it today lol...See MoreMail delivery today...STPP ATT Jody
Comments (9)I put a spoonful of the stpp in a small glass of cool water...it disolved instantly. No clumping or hard rock like lumps. It even looks different from the last few batches from Dafna. Very very fine grains and lighter..not as heavy. Theres no doubt now in my mind the stuff I got from Dafna wasn't what it was supposed to be. I'm considering emailing Dafna and requesting my money back from the 40 pounds that are worthless to me. Otherwise I'm going to leave some unkind yet honest reviews. I will also notify Amazon about this who should take seriously a vendor of theirs selling products that we have no idea what it is...chemicals no less....See MoreKroger delivery today
Comments (23)We go to a grocery once a week, generally early and always with a mask (N95), no gloves as they are useless. Today we ventured to Costco for the first time in a long time. I was very disappointed as they usually stock on Tuesday and Thursday nights and they were out of a lot of things today. Didn’t need paper products but I didn’t see any. Haven’t seen hand sanitizer anywhere since this started. There was a list of things posted by the door of things they did not have, and chicken was on the list. Costco’s meat selection in general was terrible. we did buy some wine, olive oil, and a few other assorted items. Got to Publix and they had plenty of chicken, most with the Publix organic label, Springer or Perdue label. Of course we do live in a heavy chicken-producing state, so there is that. A few of the chicken plants (Tyson Farms) here have been hot spots for worker outbreaks. Workers who spoke out anonymously say there was pressure to work long hours and not take off even if sick for fear of losing their jobs. I don’t know. It’s probably not much different at any other plant....See More- 7 years agolast modified: 7 years ago
