Stocking stuffer idea

I like to stick something in the stockings that is like a mini craft project. That way we all have something to sit at the table and put together. This year everyone is getting a piperoid kit. I think they are great. And it’s fun to choose the right kit for each individual

Comments (10)I just bought stocking stuffers for my 2 GD's. They are 8 and 5. My daughter recommended hair barretts, flashlights, little notebooks and I got them each a new pen and they had little game books with word search and other assorted games like you do in the car. I also got them ornaments. they also each got a small assortment of bath gels etc. I bought almost everything in the Walgreen's drugstore! All the suggestions so far have been great. In the past I've also put in lip balm, mittens, socks and underwear. A nice silver dollar or a 2 dollar bill is always fun too. Comments (8)"The Bread Lovers Bread Machine Cookbook" has a lot of good recipes, and I've liked everything I've made from it. I found the Dummies book very annoying, probably because I am not a dummy and should have considered that before I bought it. I personally would be insulted if anyone gave me a dummy book. It's okay to buy it for yourself, but I think it may send the wrong message if given as a gift. I also got rid of my bread machine and now make most of my bread dough in my Kitchenaid mixer. Actually, the machine died and I decided not to replace it. I mixed most of the dough before I put it in the machine anyway, and I found that it did not save me much time. I did like it for making pizza dough, but I'm fine making that with my mixer as well. Comments (5)My teen boys usually get the AXE gift packs. I think they are starting to move away from that to Old Spice. Don't buy anything in a spray. You can thank me later. My daughter is a teen this month. She loves the face masks, makeup, bath bombs, fingernail polish in bright or glittery colors. Her favorite store is Hot Topic for fandom clothes. She has certain bands she likes and then Supernatural, Dr. Who, Harry Potter, etc. She also likes to take my makeup and hair things....See More
