thanks!!! I like both of those suggestions. I was worried about getting a curtain with a design because it might clash with the rug... I am in love with these curtains but kept thinking they were too much (Due to clashing). What do you think?

I love all these curtains! Your choice might be too white with your ivory rug and against your wall colour, Kate. Could you return them if they don't work out?

I didn't purchase them yet, I just love the look! :) So you think getting a patterned curtain would not be overkill? I will keep looking for something more ivory.

Gosh, those are pretty! (OP's yellow ones) I remember eyeing them when I was looking for curtains in our family room. Not sure if they would go in your room with your rug. If returns were easy, I'd be tempted to try them but honestly, I think havingfun's first option is pretty perfect.

I think blue might be a good idea because they would not only match with your sofa but also with your carpet because of the colors.
