Beef!!! Now what should I "put up"?

OK, I know a couple of people here are also raising beef. I picked up beef today, delivered a half to an elderly neighbor who has bought half a beef annually for years, dropped off another quarter to another neighbor and packed the rest in the freezer(s). So, now my pole barn freezers look like this:





I do can cubes of beef for stew, and beef stock made from the soup bones. I can ground beef in the form of spaghetti sauce, vegetable soup and chili, cabbage roll soup, french onion soup, I think I'm going to try taco filling with some of the burger.


To add to the fun, my husband shot a deer with his bow and intends to hunt again during gun season.
I do make corned venison from roast and my husband makes sausage and jerky. So, what do you can with beef or venison? It's safely frozen, but I'd like to reclaim some of that freezer space...
