Entry hallway decor ideas
Comments (3)Adding a mirror in the hallway will give you the illusion of having a bigger space and it's perfect near the entrance because everyone needs to have one last look at themselves in the mirror before heading out....See MoreEntry Hall design and Decoration Ideas
Comments (7)If you have a pair or trio of small pictures that work well with the mirror frame and table (or a small wall shelf or box (perhaps with a door or drawer for hiding a cell phone and/or keys and/or hair brush for below the one small picture), you could leave the mirror vertical and hang it eye level but off center horizontally with a grouping of smaller items beside it. You might get some poster board and cut it to the shapes of your mirror, etc., and then use removable tape to test how they'll work spaced in different ways....See MoreNeed Help with Entry Decor
Comments (7)I think the main prob is the art and the mirrors above it. Deco is right. too many squares. the art, the mirrors, the glass in the door, the wainscot, the lantern,,,,,too many. try something round or softer. I'd think about bringing the rug further back. let me post a few examples of a console in a entry w/wainscotting and / or you type of console I love this example. notice the rug, the styling, the art, etc. try not to use a square mirror this one is taller, more rectangle, and it's by itself on the wall How about doing a few chairs on the side and one piece of art (larger than the horse) and no mirrors? simple lamp, baskets, rug, got for a rectangular piece of art or mirror that spans the length The sconce idea is a good one. maybe try it for yours? but w/a decent art in the middle...See MoreLooking for ideas on how to decorate the front entry way
Comments (6)On the right lower deck, I’d have a seating area … chairs, table, bench, etc, any color: I’d also have a few bigger pots of plants, instead of a bunch of smaller ones. Rendering of front entry with chairs: I’d get plant stands or other bases to have varying levels of decor you do, not just have everything sitting on the decking....See Morelisamama
