What are good wall colors for this combination? I'm installing a Calacatta Novo countertop with white high-gloss IKEA upper cabinets and Voxtorp walnut look base cabinets. Using simple 3x6 white subway tiles for backsplash with gray grout and Rawtech white tiled floor (looks like light concrete). I'm thinking of introducing some greige to shake things up instead of a more typical white like Simply White or Cloud Nine (which looks great in the pictures above!) - Worn Leather Shoe, Upper West Side, or Quicksand looked interesting in the Benjamin Moore online program. Any tips?

We found 3 whites that we love together. The cabinets are a dove white, counter top is Viatera Minuet quartz (the smaller sample on the edge) and backsplash is Lansdale Carrera Amalfi from the Tile Shop. The marble is creamy with very subtle warm veining and tiny sparkly flecks. Fingers crossed that when we get the marble in larger quantities it is as uniform as the box they had at the store!!! The color variation on the sample we have is very subtle and diffuse and does not fight with the counter top.

The 2nd pic is closer to what I am looking for. I guess I like a lighter look that is warm, inviting and a little contemporary (frosted glass in upper cabinets, glass & stainless steel range hood). I am not a huge beige fan, so will change the paint colour on the walls, a warm white most likely. I like contrasts and splashes of colour, but need things to be balanced. I have looked at a variety of different Hanstone quartz samples. I like the veins in the quartz and am not a fan of a speckled/dotted or a uniform colour of quartz. The countertop I am currently looking at is the Hanstone Soho quartz. It has a creamy background with pewter and brown veining. For the backsplash, I thought I could bring a little of the floor colour in, but am not sure. I would also carry the backsplash up behind the range vent. I am attaching pics of my kitchen in progress. The cabinet doors are not on yet. Your suggestions for a quartz countertop would be appreciated.
