Whew...finally figured it out. Both the old pic and the new pic had the same filename. @@ I moved the crepe myrtle over a bit so you can see more of the left side. I imagine your stone will be a bit darker than it came out in the virtual but it's hard to say. Have you seen this stone on a house? When we were searching for stone, I really found the sample boards to be way off and we had to actually see it up on a house to get a true picture of it.

The house has lovely bones. Definitely no shutters. I would suggest replacing the light fixtures. The security light over the garage is not adding any curb appeal and the light by the front door is blending in too much. You might consider a new front door if it's not adding much charm. I can't really see it from your picture so it's difficult to tell.

Do you like a front patio I would not . IMO a new garage door in wood with windows , I like grayed / greens with brick this is one of my faves for color anew front door to match the siding and you could do something like the garage door in the pic I love a walkway from the street to the front door and in your case it would be awesome through those trees . Then a new landscape plan and I would not do a front patio and my bet not HOA approved either

Wow- thank you all so much for taking the time to look through the post and providing guidance- it’s extremely appreciated! My husband and I are looking through the comments and pictures tonight and feel like we actually have direction now! I’m glad to hear that shutters are a strong “no” - that was our gut, but weren’t sure what else to do…. Looks like we’ll be finding a landscape design company soon! We live in NE Ohio, so I believe that’s zone 6. We have a deep front yard that’s prone to flooding in two spots (not near the house), so were going to look into landscaping that may be able to help mitigate that anyway-looks like we may just expand the project!
