Was very happy with my Bosch pair. It's easy to use and does an excellent job. I had the condenser dryer and really liked it a lot. Normal drying times, I would say. I have the Miele set now, which are pluperfect, but for what you're describing Bosch will be fine. I've seen the Blomberg around but can't comment.

The Bosch washer has a three-prong NEMA 6-15P plug that fits into a 6-15R outlet - 208 or 240 volt, 15 amp, with two horizontal slots in a row (both hot) and a round ground hole. If your Asko dryer outlet looks like the upper one in this pic (the lower outlet is the more familiar 120v), it should work. The dryer probably has a large 208/240 volt, 30 amp plug at the end of a thick cable, intended to power a large 27" or wider American electric dryer. Most of the smaller 24" wide dryers draw less than 15 amps, but are often supplied with a 30 amp plug anyway (either 3 or 4 prong, often owner swappable) with internal fusing at 15 amps because such wall outlets are common in American laundry rooms. Since the dryer draws less than 15 amps, a 240 volt/15 amp outlet on the back of the dryer allows a 240V/15A washer to plug into the dryer, and the dryer to plug into a 240V/30A outlet thus powering both machines.

I don't have a Bosch, have an Electrolux set mostly because of the second floor vibration guarantee. Also, I didn't like the Bosch because the washer plugs into the dryer & if one of them goes you have to replace both. I have my set upstairs in a closet on a wood subfloor & was very concerned about vibration. I had an LG set prior & even though the washer was levelled & my husband had put bracing on the floor joists it would happily dance out the front door if I didn't watch it. I've had the Elux set for almost 3 years & am happy with it for the most part. I would have bought a Miele set again as I had in our last house but not in my budget this time around.

Wow, that's a long list of domino effect jobs you have there. I think, were it me and limited budget, I'd replace the 36" gas range with a 36" induction range, then you don't need to change any of the counters at all. Maybe get the new faucet if you want/like it but leave the sink for now and save up to buy granite or solid surface counters that you really like rather than choosing between very limited options at this time. The sink can be replaced when you change the counters. If the bathroom doesn't work, concentrate your budget in there for now. As for the kitchen....if you find the dark cabinets to be too much, check the manufacturer and see if you can get just new doors in the white to match the others for a few of the cabinets. No need to replace everything. I'd leave the floors for now. Brighten the walls up with paint if you find the overall scheme to be dark. Then take a deep breath and decide what else you want/need to do. I'm left wondering why you are buying ( I assume you are buying but not sure) if there is that much that you don't like about the space you are buying.
