Lighting Design Dilemma Kitchens

Kitchen island pendant lighting color -Help!

I am struggling with pendant color and style, and would really appreciate any advice

. My kitchen cabinets are vanilla, with a brown island, and stainless steel appliances. The cabinet hardware will probably be a brushed oil bronze. Wood floors will be jacobean once stained. I like the Capital Lighting Blakely lighting, but would the antique gold color not match? Would it be better to go with pendant lights that are bronze or would that be too dark? Thanks for any advice

I'm not an expert, just enjoy home decor and design. Your kitchen is beautiful. I have a similar cabinet color scheme, stainless appliances, bronze hardware. I choose bronze hardware and pendants because that's what I'm drawn too. I like the warmth of bronze. I read all the time about mixing metals. I'd suggest keeping the same style though. For example not a modern pendant in your traditional kitchen. Good luck and enjoy.

Kelley - you’ll probably get lots of input here :) - my island is 5x10 (so a bit wider and a tad bit longer) but my pendants are “tiny” - but they’re our style (modern) and I’m sure some would say they’re too small. I say pick what you like!
