Comments (3)Miyashig is a favorite of mine. I also planted chinese "daikon" type radish (winter radish) that grew HUGE and were as tasty as the Daikon (but about 4lbs larger each). We had some tonight sauteed with cabbage. They are fantastic in soups and sweeten a soup like a rutabaga does. I also cook them and mash them with a little butter and salt (or sesame oil). So good and so versatile. The greens I use to make a mock watercress soup.
