He's not lost. I was flipping through channels in our hotel room early this morning looking for local news and found him. Really. Saw him right through that double sided medicine cabinet ;0)

They play his ads a lot in Houston. Maybe he rotated his advertising $. I was impressed that they had a story on him in the CBS Sunday morning show.

I saw him at the Missouri State Fair last week, promoting his pillows. Well, maybe not the same guy, but definitely a My Pillow Guy.

There was a lawsuit against the company not that long ago, but I can’t remember the details. Anyway, I still see them available in stores.

Okay, obviously I was joking. I haven’t seen much of him here in AZ. I used to see him all the time in California.

The lawsuit was just something about deceptive advertising. They had that BOGO ad and they claimed that you didn't really get one free or something like that. I thought the lawsuit was stupid! I cannot really remember what it was about exactly. It wasn't anything about his product being bad though.

Eh, I am not much a TV watcher, but I still see his ads. They could be worse!

I am not much of a TV watcher either, I generally record what I want to watch and click through the commercials. DH watches TV live and the My Pillow ads were too frequent. Very annoying. I looked at one of the pillows in a store. Aren't they just shredded foam rubber?

Yeah, I touched one and it felt like to was loaded with rocks...

We watch the local news for about an hour every morning and in that time frame, we would see the ad with the husband, wife, and My Pillow dude at least 3 times. They have stopped running here, too. I don’t watch much TV at night so I don’t know if they’ve shifted their ad time or if they’ve left our market for now. Those commercials are so dang annoying I would never buy one of their pillows.

He and Flo would make a great couple.

My husband, always on the prowl for a comfortable pillow, bought these pillows a couple of years ago. Best sleeping pillow ever, for both of us. I haven't had a pain in my neck or shoulders since. I lay my head down at night, am asleep in a very short time, and open my eyes again in the morning.....usually shocked that it's daylight.

These pillows wash in very hot water, and are thrown in a hot dryer and they like it!

Yes, they are lumpy and weird and he is absolutely obnoxious. I won't watch those commercials, either. If I saw him in person, I'd hug him first, because his invention has been life changing for us.....then, I'd be very tempted to smack him with my mother's infamous wooden spoon for his shoddy business practices and terrible commercials.

I’m not much of a tv watcher either, but you can hear those pillow commercials a mile away. I tried one a few years ago when I was going through several pillow trials. Hated it. Maybe I bought the wrong firmness or something, but I used their guide. Anyway, he now seems to be pushing his mattress product in our area too. Can’t miss him.

I heard he was running for office. Meanwhile, he developed a bit of a fetish with all those dumb white aprons on the Progressive ads. He swears those people in the aprons are paramedicals and has begun dating several of them -- figuring that he can get free treatment for dental prophy; waxing, hair color, nails and toupe. He thinks he might get his subluxations re-luxated; then he'll see about getting more intimate issues addressed.

Do you think that they might offer some comfort to a shill who seems to be ... ... something of a pain in the butt?

Hmm. I don't find him or his ads obnoxious. And there are A LOT of obnoxious ads out there. I do have one of the pillows, but I bought it at Walgreen's for $39 and wonder if it is the same that I'd get if I went to the website. I don't care for it, but I put it in the guest room (in addition to another, different pillow) and some guests have raved about it.

ETA: Oh, and I still see his ads and also hear them on the radio.

I don’t find those commercials annoying. What I DO find annoying is the Arby’s commercials. “We have the MEATS!!” I will never willingly eat at Arby’s because of it.

What I find annoying is someone who hijacks a thread on annoying pillow ads to tell us they are annoyed by something else altogether.
